Advertising Opportunity
The deadline to purchase and submit an ad is April 1, 2024.
Sizes and Rates
Full page: 7.25” wide x 10” tall (vertical) — $100
Half page: 7.25” wide x 5” tall (horizontal) — $50
Quarter page: 3.5” wide x 5” tall (vertical) — $25
Business card: 3.5” wide x 2” tall (horizontal) — $10
Patron ad - text only: 1.75” wide x 1” tall (horizontal) — $5
Please be sure to pay attention to the size and orientation (horizontal or vertical) of the ad space you are buying; we can scale your PDF down in size, but we cannot change its proportions.
Hair & Makeup Vendor
We're so glad that you are interested in providing hair and makeup services at our pageant, in our designated spaces backstage. The vendor fee is $25 a day, $50 for the entire pageant, OR you may choose to become a prize sponsor. A prize sponsor will provide a gift to add to our prize package for ALL National Queens. This gift can be anything of your choosing, BUT it must have a value of AT LEAST $60 per Queen. Please describe your sponsorship thoroughly below, and we will get back with you to confirm your acceptance.
Swag Bag Opportunities
We invite you to be a part of our Pageant by advertising in the contestant's swag bags.
As a swag bag advertiser, you will be supporting our wonderful event that has been created to focus on building self-confidence in women through our competition. Our purpose is to inspire and empower all women from all walks of life.
Here's your opportunity to make your mark and advertise your business and services to our large, diverse audience.
Swag bag advertising is $50.00. We ask that you advertise with product samples and/or trinkets/candy, as an example, with your business cards or flyers. If you are interested in being a swag bag advertiser, we ask that you please send an email confirming your decision to pageantsrusproductions@gmail.com and that all products be received 1 month before the pageant.
